About Me:
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), and I teach classes regularly at the Wisconsin Athletic Club. I started practicing yoga in 2014 and continue because of the benefits of yoga, both within the practice and in everyday life. In 2018, I began teaching yoga in order to share the practice and its benefits with others. I have training in multiple methodologies, including vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and meditation.
